Person
Centred Counselling promotes empowerment of you and your own
wants/needs. This approach offers
an
accepting attitude from the therapist which allows a safe, supportive
space for you to be open and honest with yourself, free from the fear of being judged. Person Centred therapy
supports the belief that it is not the Counsellor, but you, who knows
yourself best and that given the right environment positive growth and changes can take place within yourself.

Psychodynamic Counselling aims to help you to begin to identify and work with subconscious thoughts and
feelings that may be stopping you from reaching your potential. Psychodynamic therapy can provide you with further insight in to how you interact with others and also provides a space for you to look at how your past and your experiences may be impacting on you in the present day. Gaining this awareness can be productive to positive change and self development.
